Our first funded flagship — AI Shield, with AIISA in Yerevan — begins. Twelve months of counter-disinformation capacity-building in Armenia, funded under the RITA programme.

Polish-American Freedom Foundation · Transformation in the RegionRITA supports democratic, social and economic transformation in Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus and Central Asia by sharing Polish experience. For CSIN it backs our first flagship: AI Shield, countering AI-powered disinformation in Armenia.
We don't theorise about resilience - we build it, then prove the transfer. Our method is the AI Shield method, generalised: diagnose with local partners, train a small expert core, cascade through them, document in the open.

Build deep capability in 12-15 analysts. Real tools, real campaigns, real reports. Depth over headcount.
The transfer test
Those analysts become trainers and run the next cycle themselves. If the partner can train the next cohort without us in the room, the transfer worked.

Everything we build publishes under open licences - toolkits, reports, methods. Reusable beyond one project, one country, one cycle.

NGO sector specialist focused on AI implementation in non-profits and public administration. Built his career at Frontex and the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Co-coordinated the Three Seas Initiative Research Centre at the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Diplomatic and research experience in Tehran, Tbilisi, and the Center for the Study of Democracy in Sofia.

Former Member of Armenia's National Assembly (2007–2012), delegate to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. Former chair of Armenia's Public Council (2019–2021). Senior expert at Agora Strategy Group (Berlin). Munich Security Conference, Chatham House and Wilton Park participant. Co-lead of the NATO SPS project 'Guardian AI'. AIISA leads AI Shield on the Armenian side.
